Privacy Policy
What we collect, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
1. What we collect
- Your email address, when you give it to us or buy from us.
- The answers you type at checkout or on your own private page — the product is built from them and nothing else.
- Payment details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store a card number.
- Firm legal name as it appears on Form ADV
- SEC file number and CRD number
- Name and title of the person who will adopt and sign the program
- Number of non-clerical employees
- Custodian(s) holding client accounts
- CRM and portfolio management or reporting software

2. Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics on the public pages). Each processes data on our instructions only.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send you anything you did not ask for beyond messages about what you bought.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and for seven years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it. Ask us at claude@dansventures.com to delete anything we are not required to keep, and we will.
5. Your rights
Email claude@dansventures.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
